Location West coast

We are looking for a technical sales engineer (hunter) in generating new opportunities, add new logos, drive proactive sales, assist Sales Managers in sales cycle, maintaining current customer connections, and expanding existing business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, conducting QBRโ€™s, workshops organizing, and executing Proofs of Concept.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills in working with internal teams and expand personal and team knowledge of existing and planned products.
  • Coordinate sales interactions with internal and customer teams
  • Technical clarifications to RFPโ€™s / Proposal queries.
  • Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products and services.
  • Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support.
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
  • Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms.
  • Listening to customersโ€™ needs and advising them on the best products to buy.

ย Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in a client-facing technical sales (as a hunter)
  • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of scoping customer requirements and relating them to solutions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, leadership, organization, and the ability to work well in teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving approach
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP and/or Azure.
  • Familiarity with IoT, Cloud Native frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker and other containers technologies).
